My name is Tamar Golan Bar-Noy

With over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and B2B client management roles in startups and technology companies, I decided to make a 180-degree pivot in my career and step-in a field that has always interested me – recruitment.

In January 2023, I founded TAMAR Headhunting out of a natural, intuitive, and professional connection to the recruitment world.

My professional background and accumulated business knowledge provide me with a broad understanding of the tech industry and a proven ability to identify candidates with the right talent, experience, and energy for each organization

Today, I help startups as well as large organizations expand their teams quickly and efficiently.

Headhunting

Headhunting is a premium, qualitative service focused on senior and complex roles in high-tech companies.
As a headhunter, I serve as a connection between companies and suitable, experienced candidates, handling all stages of recruitment – from initial identification of relevant candidates, through interviews, to the closing and offer stage. The process is conducted with full discretion towards both candidates and companies.

The service I provide is an End-to-End recruitment solution that begins with collaborative work with the hiring manager, through efficient focused sourcing, with attention to details and ongoing feedback, until closure .

I specialize in recruiting for complex positions, executives, technological recruitment, and Business professionals (sales, marketing, partnerships, Bizdev) with emphasis on software product based, SasS companies.

The process

Mapping- Before starting, we'll characterize the position together. A deep understanding of the product and company is critical in creating opportunities for talents.
